Order Trimless Edge Channel Letters

For a channel letter order, please provide us with:

1. Location

• Wet location — sign will include ¼" drain holes in the return (face-lit, flush mounted)

• Dry location — sign will NOT include drain holes

2. Depth of aluminum return
(3.5" or 4.3" recommended for most face-lit letters 1.5" to 10" are possible)

3. Color of return

• Pre-finished aluminum colors (including anodized / brushed metal)

• Custom painted — specify any Pantone (PMS) color or Matthews paint code

4. Desired illumination

• Face-lit (illuminated acrylic face)

• Reverse-lit (finished letter with illumination on wall via stand-offs)

• Dual-lit (face illumination + halo glow on wall via stand-offs)

5. UL stickers

• Not required

• Required (1 UL electric sign label will be placed by toggle switch per sign)

6. Artwork
Please send channel letter artwork in PDF or EPS format. Include overall dimensions.

7. Order details
Please indicate number of sets, needed date, and delivery location.

8. (optional)
Please specify any special acrylic, vinyl, or LED color requirements, wire protection, or wire type requirements. We recommend sign companies apply any cut-out or printed vinyl to the 1st surface of the channel letters.

Note: All trimless edge channel letter sets are fully prepared for remote flush mount installation and include necessary hardware (rivet nuts, studs, installation template, instructions, and all electrical components). Each set is individually packaged and shipped via FedEx Freight or, in some cases, FedEx Ground. Dual-lit and reverse-lit letters include stand-offs.
