Order Trimless Edge Channel Letters

For a channel letter order, please provide us with:

1. Location

• wet location—sign will come with ¼ in drain holes in the return if face lit and flush mounted 

• dry location—sign will NOT have drain holes

2. Depth of aluminum return (3.5" or 4.3" is recommended)  

3. Color of return

• pre-finished aluminum colors including anodized brushed metal 

• custom painted—specify any Pantone (PMS) color or color code for Matthew’s paint 

4. Desired illumination

• face lit (acrylic on the face that is illuminated)

• reverse lit or halo lit (dimensional letter is finished and illuminates wall behind the letters mounted on stand offs)

• dual lit (acrylic on the face is illuminated as well as the wall behind the letters mounted on stand offs)

5. UL stickers

• not required

• required (specify placement location of each sticker ex. "bottom")  

6. Please send artwork for channel letters preferably in PDF or EPS format.  Please make sure to include dimensions.

7. Please indicate number of sets, date needed, and delivery location.  

8. (optional)  Please specify any special acrylic, vinyl, or LED color requirements, wire protection or wire type requirements.  We prefer that our sign company clients apply any cut-out or printed vinyl to the 1st surface of the channel letters.   

Note: All trimless edge channel sets will be ready 100% ready for remote flush mount installation with necessary hardware that includes rivet nuts, studs, installation template, installation instructions, and all electrical.  They include acrylic faces, aluminum returns, and aluminum composite panel backs. They will be individually packaged and sent via FedEx ground or freight.  Dual lit and reverse channel letters will come with standoffs.
