What is a trimless channel letter? Trimless edge channel letters (sometimes referred to as borderless, letterforms, or just trimless) are channel letters made without trim cap. Trimless edge letters can be fabricated smaller and with more detail than trim cap letters. The "clean" look of trimless edge channel letters makes a big difference!
